We hope everybody had a good weekend, Preacher’s Daughter enjoyed it’s time as www. garageband’s track of the day in the Country genre on Sunday, Ride is still the strongest of the two tracks though, currently pulling 4.4 stars out of 5 and well into the second round.
With the change in emphasis from build to marketing we are out and about looking at the sites that we referred to last week: Blabbr, Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Tumblr and others. These micro blogs are a great way to speak directly to fans, although they take a little while to get going. For the moment we’ll be testing the communities with a number of different approaches and seeing what works best.
Otherwise, it’s time to look at mySpace again, and develop Kelli’s Facebook, page. Rumor has it that Facebook is going to launch a new Music layer - we’ll keep our eyes open for that. Should have rehearsal this Tuesday and writing on Wednesday - let’s see how the week pans out.
