Often times when attempting to write something - whether that be a song, a blog post or even a simple e-mail - you start, only to find that the creative well has run dry. In these situations there is only one thing to do - well - there are many things but if you’re Kelli and me - then it generally involves food.
We love food and are only too aware of the potentially disastrous consequences of over-indulging. So over the years, Kelli has come up with an ingenious method which allows her to have what she wants - but just have less of it - you can watch the first episode of The Three Bite Rule here.
