We’ve just finished three days of vocal tracking and Kelli and Mike have worked their asses off…it’s true - neither of them has an ass anymore. We have a number of photos to prove this point and they will be made available soon.
Asses aside, we gotta say …it sounds good…really good. In fact, we’re listening to Ride right now and it is frighteningly good, maybe a little too frightening at times but it all goes towards making one hell of a performance.
The intended purpose of the blog is to give an insight into what goes on behind the scenes, and we do our best through words and pictures. However, there are things that we just can’t represent, specifically, the atmosphere in the room when you know you just heard the right take. It evokes many things, but for us, Ride makes us say…, it makes us say…, well, you know - maybe sometimes things are better left unsaid…but really, #*@!
