More Rider stuff….. - On The Big Black Bus

Well, it was a long evening waiting up for the Kyrgs - but we got the job done and are well on the way to having the final pieces of the website “Bolted-On!”

For the first time in ages we can start to focus our attention on less ethereal and more physical activities like; what exactly do you get by becoming a Rider? Over the months our thinking has changed when it comes to this part of the project. The more we looked around at the free online fan clubs, the less we saw any value in them. Even when we looked at what some of the bigger acts were giving to their fans for 30 or 40 bucks, we struggled to find anything that we ourselves would actually want. The majority of these clubs were run by external management companies and just seemed to be another way to take money off their fans without giving too much in return. That is not what Kelli is about.

There will be an annual fee to gain access to the Rider’s area at www.kelli.com, the subscription component is what is going onto the site right now. By having a membership fee we keep Riders exclusive and open only to those who have a real interest in Kelli and her music. Kelli is in this for the long haul; if you become a Rider this year, we hope you will renew your Rider subscription year after year after year. We know that the only way you will do that is if we deliver something that has value and is rewarding and that is what we are working on right now.
